At the level of reality, occurrence various changes as a result spread Corona Virus has caused social conditions to be in disharmony fields health, economy, and education requires transformation management learning. In addition, existence distancing creates culture shock community, so that effectiveness learning can questioned. Therefore, hybrid is understood method believed solution midst this Covid-19 Pandemic, by combining conventional online or e-learning such google meet, via zoom, from, streaming video, atmosphere fun become benchmark for success, well forming an emotional relationship maintaining trust believe which significantly influences each other between two. context, study aims determine effect using on how effective is. Thus, based results questionnaire test, it was found R value 0.451 square 0.203. X Y variables have 45.1% variable affects 20.3% concluded there are significant use at high school.
